Today I settled on 566 Terrace Avenue, Mt. Joy, PA. My client was Josh. He is a friend of my son’s and it has taken us some time to find the right property. However, he found a good one. You can see the property description sheet and it sold for $155,000. 566 Terrace Ave, Mt. Joy, PA

Josh was a first time home buyer and got a great deal on this property. The interest rate on his mortgage is 4.675 and he was a satisfied young man. It is exciting to help first time home buyers find a great home.

Good morning, Cal. Congratulations on the sale, and first time buyers are SO exciting to work with. I love them. Are you in Preparation Mode for Irene? This is the best site I have found for tracking. Hurricane Tracker You can zoom in and see the areas pretty clearly. I have a daughter in Ocean City MD and one in NYC. I'm keeping a close eye on it.

I have one daughter who found love in the Virgin Islands. She works there 6 months out of the year, and then would come back to Colorado during the 6 month 'off Season.' Now she spends her 6 month 'off Season' in Ocean City, MD with 'the boy,' whom we adore. She is a photographer and a 'free spirit' (middle daughter).

If you asked second daughter, she would tell you that she did not move to NYC for a boy, but we all know differently. ;) But she DID move out with her best friend a little over a decade ago and loved it and stayed. She is scheduled to be married early next year . . . to a different boy :) :) whom we also adore :)
