The East Coast Rainers might need our help....

They could be facing power outages, ruined businesses and homes.

Let's get together and do what we can besides contributing the Red Cross and other agencies, and keep them going with comments....tell them whatever you want. A message of caring on their posts would be great.

I don't want to message anyone to clog up their email even further, but sending a message on the latest post would be just right. They can get to that whenever they are ready?

What do you think? Are you willing to just check your subscribed list and check it to see who you can support?

It might be a little day brightener when life gets back to normal.....and we pray that it will soon.

How thoughtful are you, Suzanne! We've tied up all the outdoor furniture, purchased mucho water (we're on well water - no power, no water!), extra dog food, and I've made all kinds of no-fridge food stuffs. we are fully expecting to lose power for many days. So if you-all don't hear back from me, you'll know why!

Julia, I hope you will check back in with us....I understand the well cecause I have one, too, but even people on city water might not have water if the power goes out.

Just know that I am praying that mean Irene goes away quickly and quietly....please.

My prayers are with you....and I am making a list of people to check on after the storm passes.

Thanks, Michael.....I have amended thiis. I will do my first ten comments....or more on East Coast people, and then if I have time return comments from everyone else.

Just trying to do my part. I don't know if it will help at all, but it seemed like an easy thing to do and might cheer someone a bit.
