Whoa, those are some dramatic changes from a year ago. Days on the market are way, way down, but the prices.....

Ann, 60 days on the market down from 325 is definitely the positive direction...hope the other numbers improve soon.

Jane and Nick, thanks for stopping by.  Actually those numbers aren't as bad as they look.  There is something for everyone in this community price-wise and in July the 3 homes that sold were in the lower range.

Significant change in numbers between 2011 and 2010.  The good news is they are selling a great deal faster as buyers are taking advantage of the low prices.
