1.000,0000 Realtors can make a difference!

There is a million Realtors who think they are helpless. Guess what? If we do nothing we are. We should be pounding, protesting and making our firms and NAR listen to us and start doing their jobs. This is especially true for those of us with large branded firms who should be utilizing their resources and ad budgets for a greater good and inform the public they have alternatives and in doing so the spin off may result in forcing Washington and the lenders to clean up their acts, standardize and end abusing those of us helping them mitigate the losses they created. I feel, we are abandoned and alone in our plight as the improvement in the process over the last four years has been nonexistent. Only the lip service is better. In four years I've yet to see the NAR or any firm step up to the plate and support their agents. Our complaints regarding the mishandling of files and the absurd senarios we witness everyday fall on deaf ears, if we can even find an ear to listen at all. Why not a million Realtor March On Washington or NAR? Think of the publicity! Why aren't the major real estate firms banding together and fighting at NAR and Washington. We should be running National ad campaigns informing the public 70% of those pre foreclosure home owners who will let the banks foreclose know they have an alternative? By eliminating most foreclosures with short sales $93.5 billion a year will be saved and faster sales for more money will help deplete the inventories of distressed properties. What am I missing?
