Does your world seem off kilter right now?

Are you finding lately that things are a bit askew?   By lately I'm talking about in the last 10 or 11 days.  Are you having trouble with communications? Contracts? Computers? Cars, planes heck transportation in general? The best laid plans will inevitably go wrong a few times a year, when the planet Mercury goes retrograde!  The planet mercury slows down and seemingly spins backwards throwing all kinds of thing out of whack a few times each year, we are in the midst of one of those periods right now.  It began October 12th and will continue until November 2nd.  It's not a good idea to sign contracts, make decisions, make major purchases or minor ones for that matter during this time.  It is a good time for taking care of old business, cleaning out drawers and closets, throwing out files from 1970 anything that can't cause us trouble lest we have nothing else to do.   The only savings grace during these periods is that everyone is experiencing the same problems and so at least we can during these marked periods direct our frustration to the understanding of the phenomenon of mercury retrograde and that we're in it together. The only people who sail right through it are those unfortunates that were born during a mercury retrograde period, life is always like a down-hill snowball for them and so they don't seem affected by the periodical change! 

  Here is a list of dont's and do's as well as a mercury retrograde schedule for the next few years:

•·          Avoid signing legal documents.

•·          Finish projects which involve communication before the retrograde.

•·          Avoid closing big deals during the retrograde

•·          Avoid launching new projects  or changing jobs during the retrograde

•·          Avoid  making a big decision

•·          Allow extra time when traveling, double check flight information.

•·          Backup your hard drive before the retrograde

•·          Avoid installing new computer software during the retrograde

•·          Do needed repairs on machinery before the retrograde

•·          Do not hold an election during the retrograde *

            *(Mercury was Retro-grade when the Florida chad fiasco took place)

Mercury Retrograde is a good time to do some other things, like:

•·         Research a new project thoroughly

•·         Catch up on paperwork

•·         Do the follow-ups on a project already started

•·         Take care of old business, bills etc. 

•·         Enjoy someone's wacky sense of humor share retrograde stories

Check the table below for the next few times when Mercury will be retrograde. Note:  the retrograde is particularly strong at the very beginning and the very end. These beginning and ending points are called stations by astrologers.
