Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium on the east end of Mission Valley all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach on the west end, a distance of about seven miles.

          It interesting to note that many of the condo's went above list price! I still cannot believe the prices in San Diego! How is the rental market there. I also wanted to stop by and tell you that I just listened to your concert you are very talented. I will not be entering the contest..

Yolanda – Surprisingly the rental market has been stable for over a decade now.  Landlords, of course, would like to see a spike in rents, and everyone thought that would occur with all the foreclosures these past few years. It just hasn’t happened though.
