This weeks market report for San Clemente and surrounding areas from San Clemente Realtor shows that Orange County Median Prices for the resale homes were down 3.3 percent, for new homes it is down 12.7 percent and for resale condos down 9.5 percent. The sales volume is up for resale homes 2.5 percent and down 6.2 percent on condos and up 43.8 percent for new homes.

- Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 12.1 percent and the sales volume is down 13.8 percent.
- Aliso Viejo sales prices are up 18.2 percent and the sales volume is down 1.2 percent.
- Laguna Niguel sales prices are up 12.5 percent and the sales volume is up 33.8 percent.
- Rancho Santa Margarita sales prices are down 16.8 percent and the sales volume is up 9.7 percent.
- San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 3.9 percent and the sales volume is up 34.8 percent.
