Here are the details for a house that I sold this year in Casa Grande in a subdivision called Arroyo Vista. This was a great deal and Richard and Ardelle were excited to get this house. Coincidentally, their friends live in a house behind them and they joke about making a tunnel to each others house.
Richard and Ardelle are a sweet couple from Minnesota who bought this quaint abode for just under $85,000 with Karen Montgomery who is the goto member of Team Realty Force at Top Five Real Estate. This particular property that was on the bank owned homes for sale list in Casa Grande sits in the pretty community known as Arroyo Vista which is ideally located near the access way to highway I-10. The house itself has tile throughout and was literally turnkey when Richard and Ardelle closed on it. Other nice things about this home include a north south exposure (important in our area of the desert), a covered patio, a finished 2 car garage and a fully landscaped backyard; this was absolutely a wonderful pickup and Karen had to muscle it through because of the multiple offer situation that occurred on it This house was desired.
