I am selling real estate in South Florida. I wrote 2 offers yesterday. I am listing and selling for one customer (also yesterday). I am writing (true) offers (being facetious (joking)about the fact that I'm saying - It's just horrible). I am a busy little beaver, despite what the media purports.

Mr. and Mrs. MEDIA!!! This is just terrible that I am so busy! Can you please report this to the newspapers, the television stations, and post a blog about it? I mean it is just terrible! I don't have time to eat, do laundry, wash my car, clean my house!!! The buyers where I live are knocking the doors down and (facetiously again) I cannot take it anymore. I am getting depressed due to the overwhelming amount of work...

Can you please report this everywhere you know how???It's horrible, AND YOU LOVE TO TALK ABOUT HORRIBLE THINGS SO, PLEASE REPORT HOW BUSY I AM AND THAT IT IS AWFUL!!! WINK, WINK!

I know, right...that's what the people who are calling me are asking for...the good deals. There are plenty of them out there, you just have to be a good agent and search the MLS for the customer.

I do it all the time at night, TV is on in the background...but I'm still more interested in finding a good buy for my customer!!!

I know, thanks for the comment. There is never anything positive..reverse psychology - right...complain about being TOO BUSY...then let's see what they do with that.

Karen..they just won't report the good!One of my agents was contacted by the local rag back at the beginning of the mess wanting to interview him on why one of his listings in this particular subdivision had been on the market almost 180 days.....the bimbo did not even want to hear about the 6 other houses he had sold in a 3 week span...so..he told her to blow!She ended up finding some agent willing to tell a tale of woe and got her negative story done!

I sure do like your strategy though...LOL

Thanks...even AR isn't paying attention to what I'm trying to do with the market...even they are only paying attention to the negative. I'm worried about evernyone in California as well...but how often do you see a positive posted....

It's an epidemic for the news ....

LOL

I saw bad news for the reporter talking abut bad news. The reporter was talking about a baby seat recall for safety issues and she said that she used it and didn't have any problems with it and didn't understand the recall. The news went to a commercial and when it came back they were repremanding her "I guess the viewers were not supposed to see it" and then she appologized for he comments.

There is no posative spin on anything negative in the news PERIOD.

I just spent my whole day at the Fort Lauderdale yacht/boat show marketing...WOW! 300 million dollar yacht, equiped with helicopter...guess that pilot has it made, just cruzen around waiting for the call to fly to land for groceries...or somethin' LOL

It was amazing...dropped my cards anywhere they would let me...

I have customers,,,,transaction agent...you know...
