Oh No! Another Active Rain 30 day Blogging Contest!
I, like many, successfully finished the 30 days of January and 30 days in May blogging contests. Both times, I was exhausted. Both times I felt like I had neglected my Market Reports and some of the other types of posts that actually bring me business.
In both cases, the rules were: Post every day, no more that one Market Report/week and no more than one listing/week. That meant Original Content EVERY DAY! Yikes! It was hard.
At the end of each I was determined to work on my SEO posts. Today, I read Deborah Byron's post It's a September 30 day Localism Challenge that actually challenges you to post on all things local, including Market Reports.
I swore I wasn't going to get sucked in to another 30 day challenge, but here I sit thinking up the posts that I need to work on!!!
In this challenge, you must post every day. All 30 days. 20 of the 30 posts must be Hyper Local or Localism posts. You can really have fun talking about your neighborhoods, things to do, things to see!
Bob Stewart has been trying to get us to develop these habits for a couple of years now. And guess what? You get points. Everybody loves the stink'n points!
Well here we go, a new goal for September!
