Put out the welcome mat for a great new home. All seem to be grouped in the same price ranges which makes it nice not to have a real low end and where you will have more similar neighbors. Another informative post!

Cal - Thanks. It took me about 12 months to go through these 39 condominium communities the first time because I couldn't decide on a format. The second go-round took about six months. The third one took about two months; that's when I had a format that I was happy with. Now I can do all 39 condominium communities in two months or less. Right now I'm at about five weeks.
