Looking for a few good forums.

I am looking to become active in a few really good quality real estate forums.  i done some digging around I have come across a few that look interesting.  Before jumping in, I though I would ask around active rain.  Does anyone have any advice or recommendations for real estate forums?  Thanks in advance.

it's interesting, we were just discussing the differences between forums and blogs and how the line is being blurred. 

Is it really that comments remaining static instead of rising to the top if active is the only difference between the two... yet this is a blogging platform, not a forum - no doubt.
