Why do buyers families INTERUPT the sale!?!??!

OMG....it's happened again. The buyers are really excited about purchasing my listing, everything is signed, sealed delivered. They are getting ready to order inspections, but want their family, relatives, cousins, etc.  to come see it one more time.

And then they've talked them out of the home!?!?! Who is the one living in it? And these are adult buyers...not young kids or first time buyers...so they know what they are doing. They saw plenty of homes with their realtor, and fell in love with this home, from all the homes they have seen. (Did all the relatives see all the other trashed properties that they had to choose from?!) And it's a great home, with no problems.

I know it's hard enough for buyers to make a decision, (since there's so many homes on the market), let alone listening to EVERYONE who wants to give them their opinion.

In the long run, it's the buyers living in the home....and it should be THEIR decision!

Oh well...their loss!! I hope they find the right home that Everyone likes!

You don't understand - Uncle Fred's 3rd cousin's taylor was once an agent (for about 6 weeks) and he knows all about the business.  He understands that they are being taken advantage of, he needs to be on top of it.  They got their eye on you!
