When looking to buy a home a home, what is the one of the most important factors to consider? Location, Location, Location. One of the first things you notice when driving to a new home is its surroundings. What does the neighborhood look like, what amenities does it have, what is close by? These are a few of the questions going through any buyers minds as they are driving.
The house may be perfect, but if the surrounding area does not meet at least minimal expectations, then there won’t be a deal. I have shown many a buyer a home that meets their criteria, only to have the neighborhood not meet their expectations, the result = NO DEAL!
One of the nicest neighborhoods in the north east Denver area is the REUNION subdivision. This is a Master Community Development located along 104th Avenue between Chambers and Tower Road in Commerce City, CO.
The Master planners definitely had a hometown community in mind when designing this area. There are over 150 acres of parks, 170 acres of open space, over 10 miles of trails, 8 acres of lakes, an award winning recreation center with a pool and fitness center, athletic fields, picnic areas and playgrounds.
But that is not all; the neighborhood activities are unmatched to anything in the area. Residents can enjoy events all year long such as the annual 4th of July parade and fireworks display, the Holiday Gala, The Kite Festival, the annual Easter Egg Hunt, and periodic Movies in the Park.
There are two new home builders currently building in the area – Shea Homes and Richmond American Homes and both have huge incentive programs happening.
