Help For Pennsylvania Distressed Homeowners

Homeowners in Pennsylvania who are experiencing difficulty paying their mortgage may be eligible for help.

PFHA still has money available for distressed homeowners under the EHLP.  HUD's Emergency Homeowners' Loan Program.

You must be at least three months delinquent on your mortgage.  Your delinquency must be due to unemployment, under employment or medical reasons.  You must be the owner and occupant of the property in foreclosure to qualify.
