A Great Day on The Golf Course in Evergreen, Colorado

Monday was another golf tournament with the group I belong to called F.I.S.A.  We get to play a different course every three to four weeks. 

 

Monday’s tournament was at Hiwan Country Club in Evergreen, Colorado.  Even though they were calling for thunderstorms in the mountains, the rain somehow skirted around us.  It was perfect weather with temperatures in the low 80’s and blue skies most of the time. 

 

My business partner, Belinda, wasn’t too thrilled that I took the day off to play golf after just returning from a Yellowstone vacation.  But, I bought her lunch today and she was fine.

 

Luckily she has a short memory when it comes to these kinds of things.

 

Just look at the view I had in my office Monday.

Hi Roy,  My business partner, Belinda, had a  meeting with me yesterday and said no more vacation.  Well I need off tomorrow, have a relative in from Pennsylvania that I am going to show a moose to, hope I can find some up at Grand Lake.

I love the beauty that a golf course offers Will, rich greens of all shades, the coolness that grass offers and the rolling fairways! I would have been snapping away had I been there!
