My dog, Lefty, never misses a mealtime.

Are you going to miss the best time in history to buy a home? If you rent with roommates, and you are paying rent to someone else, wouldn't it make sense to buy your own home....continue with the roommates paying rent to make your payment and own something great in the end? Just sayin"

So, when you are ready to look at what you can afford and want to buy, let me know. I have a lot of experience with first-time buyers.
