Just Sold In Madison Alabama
This home is now occupied by clients that I've known for a little over a year now. I first helped the wife and kids get settled into a rental unit here in Madison Alabama until the husband could join them and decide where they were going to live permanently. Well this is where they now call home and happy not to be paying rent.
One of the things I like to do for clients is give them a framed painting or water color of their new home as a closing gift. The husband usually gets a gift certificate to a local home improvement store and the wives get the art work...I think everyone is happy with that arrangement.
