Jim, I like the sold info in hte table - really give me ( a Michigander) a feel for the market! Nice post, I am going to suggest this.
Very pretty and very affordable complex! Great updated information of market activity .. excellent post.
Looks like it is in a great location as well. I agree with Kathy above excellent local post worth being featured
Jim - Nice complex. It really seems the association dues are very reasonable as well.
Jim,
You have great market reports, are there a lot of rental units there investors? If so what do the units rent for?
Jim - you present the best of the opportunities and the post makes the environment look really inviting! It's a great opportunity to have a "condo" niche .... around here .... "condo" still carries a "less than" image ... like the place you buy when you can't afford a "real house." I grew up in San Diego ... and I am looking forward to when the attitudes "grow up" here as well .... Thanks for sharing and for the fine photography!
Jim,
The condomium lifestyle must be increasing in value as retirees seek to downsize.
Good speed with you Mission Valley sales,
Steve
Jim - Great prices for MIssion Heights! It won't be long until supply decreases and people fight over these properties.

Yolanda — There are some condominium communities where the rentals are over 50%. I even found one where a couple of people from somewhere back east owned 21 of the condominiums! Talk about retiring on rental income. How much then rent for varies widely, sometimes even for units that are next door to each other because one unit will have a view of the golf course or the ocean while the unit next door has a view of the building next door.
Jack - There are four condo markets here that I've been able to identify: first time owners, landlords, second homes, and downsizers. With the amenities that many of these condos have — swimming pools, spas, golf course next door, recreation rooms, game rooms, exercise rooms, and location — some of them are far better than many houses.
Nevin — Look at the sold list. Many people already are fighting over the units with the best views.
