Wow...  I can't imagine flooding at all.  Here in CA, we rarely see this type of flooding, and usually is is somewhere we never heard of...

Well, it could have been much worse. I feel for the people effected by the storm and am thankful that the storm was not as bad as predicted.

Very powerful Wordless Wednesday pictures.  I"m sorry that your area is dealing with flooding.  However, I'm glad that you are alright.

I am thankful that we only got some wind and rain, enough to cool things off a bit.  Sorry for those who had flooding, or no power, damage to homes or worse, the loss of a loved one.  Powerful Pictures! Glad to be safe.

Thanks All for the well wishes!  Most of our area made out okay but there were many homes near creeks and rivers that did get flooded.  It is sad and shocking how Mother Nature can devastate one home and simultaneously spare another.  Our house did fine but Scott was cleaning out gutters and securing downspouts the day before.

Wow Lisa - your area looks just like ours - so much flooding and no electricity for so many people. Best of luck and hope things are restored to normal real soon.

Kristin, Thanks, water level are down but a lot of damage occurred in the meantime.

Cal, This are pictures from a park, Central Perkiomen Valley Park.  We had a big going away party for our daughter there just last weekend.  I was so sad to see the water.  The picture that looks like a river is really a field where we played volleyball.  It will recover, but a lot of homes nearby were flooded.  I couldn't take a picture of them; the homeowners were too devastated - seemed too rude and invasive.

Michael, Thanks!  A lot of East Coast residents have a lot to deal with.

Kristine, I saw some of your pics.  Yes, NJ is in a similar predicament.  Hope your sister is doing well.
