Sedona Real Estate: about half of today's price reductions were Sedona Homes for Sale, ranging from a little under $104K for a Village of Oak Creek Condo on up to just under $550K for a rare opportunity to buy a home directly on Oak Creek in Oak Creek Canyon.
Verde Valley Real Estate: today's new on market list is all in the Verde Valley AZ, and ranges from just under $74K for a foreclosure 2 bedroom 1 3/4 bath double-wide manufactured home in the Bridgeport area of Cottonwood on just under 4/10 of an acre, on up to almost $300K for a newer 3 bedroom 2 bath single family home at Verde Santa Fe golf course in Cornville AZ with a large office/workshop and backing National Forest Service land (this is a traditional sale). Verde Valley price reductions ranged from just under $44K for a 3 bedroom 2 bath manufactured home foreclosure in Cornville on up to just under $285K for a 3 bedroom 3 bath 4200 sq ft Camp Verde foreclosure home. That one looks like a bargain to me-it's a newer home with quality finishes on 2 levels with mountain views, in the Arena del Loma area.
