$5.00 Zumba Dance Classes with Dahiana at 13601 N. 35th Ave. , Ste 1-A, Phoenix, Arizona 85029. DS Fitness Studio. You guessed it, this is a plug for Dahiana Sowa of DS Fitness Studio. My wife is taking Zumba Dance there and loves it. Dahiana show you ways to move your body to Zumba Dance steps that you never thought possible at any age!

It is a fantastic one hour workout that leaves you "more than dewey" when the class is over. It's the Zumba Dance workout my wife has been looking for because it's fun and great exercise at the same time. She says she is still smiling at the end of class and that beats regular exercise for her, because  Zumba Dance never gets boring.

Plus Zumba Dance has become so popular that there is a line of clothing and shoes that folks can wear if they choose to dress the like a Zumba dancer. My wife, says you can afford to going styling if you want cause the Zumba dance classes  is only $5.00.

DS Fitness Studio has a weekly schedule of Zumba Dance times and toning classes for more information call 602-688-2032 and talk to Dahiana or Vincent
Lets all Zumba!

Now that sounds fun, and for $5 what have you got to lose?  I am trying to get up my courage to go try Zumba.  I'm old and fat and worry about hurting myself! :-P

Well Janna, my wife is 62 years young, and she managed to get through her hour long class. She said though, that she looked at the clock after dancing for what seemed like forever and only 15 minutes had passed by. LOL. She got through the hour and loved it and felt pretty proud of herself too.

You look pretty young I bet you would have no problems at all. Plus you can go at your own pace. The instructor, told my wife the important thing is to just keep moving and it gets easier the more you Zumba and it's just plain fun.

Good luck whatever you decide Janna.
