So it is now the week before Labor Day Weekend, Kids have gone back to school and we know Autumn is a few weeks away. The economic indicators report that the answer for overall improved economic conditions is job growth. Corporations and Banks have had time to restructure. While many industries have restructured or no longer exist, while others have been taking root. We know consumption makes up 70% of the U.S. economy, and with these conditions we know many Americans have been on a diet.  We know we have political and market instability, so when you think of investing your money for the future returns, one evergreen agreeable option is to live your life in an affordable home that will make you more cents over time.
