Go out an buy a ton of candy

Mortgage and Lending with First Federal Bank

With all of the tailgate trick-or-treating and shopping malls that are holding the trick-or-treating, it is a great time for all of us to get out there in front of the local community, dress up, hand out some candy and business cards.  Last year I spent $250 on candy and it was paid back within the first few weeks because of calls and closings.  Make sure and dress up, I was Shrek, had all of the kids coming by and while I was handing out candy to the kids my wife was handing out cards to the parents.

I would love to hear about your success Halloween stories.

Carolyn - You are very welcome.  Thank you for your comment.

Christopher - If you can't tell, I am new to this site, but love it.  Have seen some great ideas and information.  If I can contribute anything to others in the industry I will.  We are all one big happy family!!!

I'm planning on dressing up as a Pirate (You guessed it Captain Jack). Last year I was Bugs Bunny.

Thanks for you for taking the time to comment on this subject in the Active Rain network.  AR is the new "cyber backbone" of the industry, and with it's uplink to Localism.com it is transforming the real estate marketplace. Agents who don't see which way the cyberwind is blowing are going to find themselves at a considerable disadvantage inside of three to five years.
