I love the simplicity. I love the power. I love the price. I love Dropbox!
Of all the cloud applications I've tried in the past year, nothing compares to Dropbox. It has changed the way our office shares files, projects, photo galleries. No more scanning, printing, faxing or emailing documents. Just pop them into Dropbox.
It saves time (big time!), printing supplies and even reduces document shredding, which is a huge concern and expense.
Data is never missing or outdated. It's in Dropbox. The most current version of any file can be accessed online, or the desktop of my home PC, office PC, laptop or smart phone. And I can even make changes to files from anywhere and it automatically synchronizes everything, with no effort on my part. I love it.
When my assistant completes a task...boom...I can review it in Dropbox within seconds, from anywhere.
When agents turn in documents or tons of photos - they simply drag the file into Dropbox on their desktop and walk away.
Changes can be undone. Files can be undeleted.
The price is right - starting at FREE for 2GB secure storage. Every agent has their own FREE account. Our office has a paid plan that includes an option called Pack Rat (which I call Rat Pack, oops) that allows you to go back in time and grab previous versions of documents.
If this sounds like an infomercial....but wait, there's more....you could be right. But I'm so impressed with the benefits of Dropbox, I want everyone to know about it and try it - you will like it.
