Every Sunday I write a column for my local Patch sites featuring a home for sale in either Canton MA, Milton MA or Braintree MA. To be clear, this is not my listing. Since I am an Exclusive Buyer Agent and do not list homes, it is fun to pick out different homes that I have seen to feature. I have no interest in featuring one home over another.

This weeks featured home is in Braintree and is located at 89 Beechwood Road. This home is walking distance to the beach, Watson Park and the Weymouth Landing Commuter Rail Station. It is a meticulous ranch-style home located on a professionally landscaped corner lot. It offers three bedrooms, two full baths, plus a finished basement.

Kathy...it is featured in a weekly column in our local Patch. I vary the town, price range and features to appeal to a wide variety if buyers. Not to repeat the entire article, but this is in a lower price range, is in great shape and is conveniently located near the beach, near a local park and public transportation.

Christine I like this idea of featuring a home for sale even it it's not your listing. A while back I had considered doing that. It's a great way to attract buyers and a wonderful way to preview and talk about the listings you've view.

Christine, I usually work with buyers myself, but I do take some listings to get the ball rolling once in a while. I think it's a great idea advertising other agent's homes to stir up interest in your services and attract a few buyers.
