Important Documentation - Just Get it There!
Thoughts for the Day - A Day in the Life
We have an Indian(Asian) family who have an Accepted offer on an Approved Short Sale home in Tracy, CA. It's about 68 miles from here, but wait, this DOES make sense. Well, it's actually more than a HOME. A 5,000 sq.ft. home on 22 acres, fruit trees, almond trees, with a 3BR mobile home and 8,000 sq.ft. horse barn. He's a Doctor in Turlock and she's a Nurse at UCSF in San Francisco. This home is midway in their commutes. What they're gonna do with all this house and land is beyond me, but it does sound like a Great Investment.
Citibank and BofA don't seem to quite know what to do with this type of 'property'. Listing agent gave a great reference to a local loan broker who could get the loan. And Wells Fargo says 'No Problem'.
Today the buyer (the nurse) was having troubles Faxing all the needed Documentation to the Loan Broker. So we suggested she come to the office for some assistance. Some of the papers were crinkled, some were smaller than 8.5x11. She was jamming the fax and having all sorts of problems.
So I suggested she meet me at the Copy Machine. Copy the crinkled stuff on to regular paper, and the small stuff on to 8.5x11. Then we'll just Scan the whole darn thing (over 100 pages) and send it via email. I mean really, who actually faxes these days?! Problem solved!!
