My Very First Apple Product...Thanks to Erica Rome!

Last week my daughter asked what I wanted for my birthday. She knows I never want anything and am not easy to buy for. I love her phone calls, visits, special cards and notes.

Gifts for occasions are not the important things with our family.

Thursday night Erica picked me up, introduced me to the Apple Store in the Towsontown Mall with lots of shops and restaurants .

Erica took charge, signed me up and we left with a brand new iPad...My Very First Apple Product. The store was crowded but our consultant took plenty of time answering my questions.

Erica loves the Mac and everything about Apple. My first cousin, Arnold Reinhold, authored Switching to a Mac for Dummies. Whenever I have a question about technology...Arnold replies: when are you going to get a Mac?

Congratulations Margaret. I used to be a Mac user before I got into real estate back in 2004. At that time our MLS would not work on MACs. Now it does, I'm thinking it's time to go back to MAC.

There is a learning curve, but it is very well worth it. Just got one for my mom for her birthday...

Clients have absolutely loved having it when we see homes for backup data and I love that I am not killing a whole tree each and every time I show property. Hoping to go TOTALLY digital, but that is an evolving process.

Yeah Margaret! Kudos to your daughter and congratulations for being an iPad user. I have a Mac, iPhone and iPad and love all three products. I still have a lot to learn though and I can't wait for the iOS5 coming out. Love the iPad's long battery life and easy use of the product.
