Park Village looks like a wonderful community for first time home buyers that are anxious to take advantage of the attractive prices and the currently available very low mortgage interest rates.

Some of us older folks want to know about the homes with first floor master bedrooms.  North Carolina is a preferred location for Maryland retirees.

I hope you are having an outstanding holiday weekend.

 Life is good!

With everything there is to do in Research Triangle Park just with those great universities sitting there, it's no wonder that Cary is a great place to live.

Hi Nick - Thanks for stopping by. Hope you had a great time on your trip.

Marchel - Park Village really has a lot to offer for homeowners.

Roy - North Carolina is the number one place for people from Maryland to retire.

Alan - Thanks so much. Yes, there is a wide range of homeowners in Park Village.

Jim- You're right, there is a lot to do here. The Universities make it a very desirable reason for folks to relocate to North Carolina. It certainly played a role in us relocating here. We feel our kids have a lot of options for schools in North Carolina.
