This is just a question, which I have been wondering more and more as time goes by. I just feel there are so many great things my association does and provide us with, but more and more I keep thinking the negatives are out-weighing the positives.
Why are they not on top of those agents that are not being honest with their REO/SS statuses?
Why are they letting many agents keep properties Active when they are Pending?
When will there be a follow up on complaints? or at least set up a Hotline for us agents to say what's going on?
I am in South Florida and it's just sad how we get rid of a bunch of bad Mortgage brokers who were only out to do good for themselves, but now we have agents that are only out for themselves as well. Many of these REO/SS agents are telling us agents that the property is under contract when it really isn't so they can wait for the BUYER and thus getting both sides of the deals. By doing this, they are delaying processes that would help the economy and at the same time our Real Estate market.
Trust me this is not a Yuri Flores issue, in my office I hear it all the time from agents screaming on the phone or complaining to others about this.
I just feel its time to weed out all the bad agents as well.
