Free Breakfast Available in Katy Texas

The Chick-Fil-A restaurant chain is offering a free breakfast starting September 6 thru September 10, 2011 from 6:30 AM until 10:30 AM. The only rules I could find is that a person has to be a minimum of 13 as of August 29, 2011 and you and your family has to register via the internet at www.chick-fil-aforbreakast.com.

There are two Chick-Fil-A‘s in the Katy Texas area. The first is located at 23860 Westheimer Parkway Katy Texas 77494 and I have written a couple of blogs in the past about this fine restaurant. The second Chick-Fil-A is located at 369 S Mason Katy Texas 77450.

There are many folks in these tough economic times that have to go hungry on a periodic basis as they just don’t have enough money to pay for all their expenses. These poor folks could be called the working poor and we personally know a few folks do fall into this category. I have to thank Chick-Fil-A for having this fine program to feed folks who need it.

It's amazing how social media is changing the world. Restaurants and retail companies here are offering free thises and thats if you'll give them your email address, register online, like them on Facebook, Google +1 them. I figure by the time I retire, I can get everything for free just by setting up multiple accounts everywhere and liking everyone!

Bob -- I don't have Chick-Fil-A in my area. Think it's more southern. From what I have heard, their food is good. I believe I have read about other similar events that they do to give back to the community. It sure does say a lot about a company that does this when economics are difficult for many businesses. I hope many people read your blog and take advantage of this offer.
