Hey there Anita, yes, it will provide a wonderful spot for someone's dream home. The other four parcels in the subdivision are sold ( I sold them about a 2 years ago) and two of the families have built gorgeous homes. They are lovely people, so this is really a great spot with good neighbors too!

Joan, I talked with the other neighbors who live there last week, and asked if they ever took the view for granted. They both said at the same time, "NEVER!" It's forever changing with activity or weather. Thanks for the visit.
