At the end of August, 2011, the Springfield Mo Real Estate market shows no sign of improvement.  Looking at the homes that have sold by price, homes below $100,000 are still selling, while many of the higher priced homes remain on the market.

1684 homes are currently on the market, 1625 of them under $500,000.
