Another option for maintenance free living is the unique condominium building. The Arcadia Condominiums offer convenient elevator access and underground parking in a four-story building. There are five different floor plans available on a resale basis.
For the best of both worlds, the Clubhomes may be the perfect fit. The Clubhomes are detached, duplex style homes which are actually attached at the foundation. Above ground they appear as single-family homes, yet having attached foundations allows for these homes to be a great price value for buyers. Lawn care and exterior maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner. Sizes range from nearly 1,200 to over 1,550 square feet.
