On occasion, Homeowners / Investors of rental properties have observed that our website, showing Benicia and Vallejo rental homes, does not cater to YOU, the client.  The entire site seems to be devoted to rental listings and appealing to potential renters looking in Benicia and Vallejo.

Are we daft?  Have we lost our marbles?

THAT is why our website is tailored exclusively towards the marketing of your rental home.  The colors, layout, large high-quality photos, etc were all chosen with one goal in mind- to appeal to potential renters.  We have even kept the homepage written text to the bare mininum.  We want potential renters to see the photos of YOUR home and get excited about moving to Benicia or Vallejo to live in YOUR rental home.  We know that you want that!


More than one investor has noticed this very fact about our website and has signed on with Delgado Property Management to rent their Benicia or Vallejo home just because they could see that we really are smarter than the average bear.

I have grown my business by referrals, word of mouth AND direct marketing.  I want my website to be for my clients' properties and less about me.

Of course, the professionals above agree. So do some of the savier investors that seek us out. Yet, I posted this blog to also explain to the remainder of potential clients who haven't yet realized that there really is a strategy to our approach.
