I love to drive north from Coeur d'Alene on a beautiful day to Bayview, Idaho. There is much beauty to enjoy on the way to the funky little waterfront town of Bayview near Farragut State Park in northern Kootenai County. Quaint and quirky, Bayview is famous for its float house community on a spectacular scenic bay at the southern tip of Lake Pend Oreille.
I hope you enjoy the pictures I took last September on a beautiful Indian Summer day. Reminds me I need to schedule a day trip to Bayview very soon and enjoy another open air lunch at the little float house restaurant there!
