The Village at Peregrine, located in the foothills of the Rockrimmon area, is another example of Colorado Springs developers combining stand-alone single family residences with the maintenance free lifestyle typically found in patio homes.
Consequently it takes a careful MLS search as these homes may be listed as single family homes or patio homes.

The monthly HOA dues include common utilities, exterior maintenance, lawn and landscape maintenance, sewer, snow removal, and trash removal.
