With the amazing advances in technology. It is about time Real Estate really started being affected by it.
I have talked with people who have been in the business for decades and it seems that Real Estate always seems react slowly to the changes in business technology. It took a decade of .com and internet businesses before people started realizing their company might need a website. It amazes me that up until just last year some agents took their pictures to the local RRA to scan the pictures in on the home they were listing.
I think it is great that our industry is getting up to date. I think it will help us help our clients even better than before. I am excited to see these kind of networks that are international and competent software that allows us to stay on top of our business.
It can also present some new problems and kinks to the way we do business, but overall I think it will reward our clients and everyone involved in Real Estate Transactions throughout the country.
I have noticed that many area MLS Systems are still having a hard time changing with technology. How is your area doing? Are you having trouble keeping up with technology. I guess being young in this business has its ups and downs, but this is definitely an up!
