White Mountain Winter Seasonals are going fast at Loon Mountain 2011-12

Managing Real Estate Broker with Alpine Lakes Real Estate Inc., NHRE# 02863

No matter what else is happening in the real estate market, people still want their recreational activities they have come to enjoy. Ski Season rentals have been brisk, while sales may be slow...skier will ski and many have turned towards a six month rental rather than buying this year. I have had a few that structured a deal that would allow them to purchase the property they are renting and apply some on the rent towards down-payment money.

Between Loon Mt & Waterville Valley

Sits the Jack O’Lantern Resort and golf course.

Many families have found this to be the prefect winter destination…equal distance to two choice ski resorts. Plus offering on site cross country skiing and access to a main snowmobiling corridor connecting the lakes region to the North Country. Throw in an indoor pool, hot tub and game room and you have something for every one.

3 Bedroom & loft, 2 full baths , Gas heat and wood burning fireplace all for an seasonal (6 months) rental of $7,200 plus utilities * no pets allowed*...Give me a call to schedule a showing.

This resort is located 6 miles from Loon Mountain and is about $2,000 less for the season than resorts a few miles closer to the mountain. If you have to drive 6 miles rather than 3 miles what is the difference ...well $2,000 apparently.

Steve, the smart people look far enough ahead to give themselves enough time to shop and find a good deal.  also, the selection is much better.
