203k for non profit organizations - Atlanta to Charlotte

Learn what lender will do the FHA 203k for non profits.

I keep getting asked about the non profit 203k loans.. that is an issue of course and the rules have changed a little bit.  but we have one active lender who will work with you Coast to Coast that can handle your needs directly... no brokers need contact us on this.

This has been a real challenge to find someone willing to work through the paperwork and get a non profit qualified. The first one is a bit tedious and cumbersome, the good thing is that once it is done it is smooth sailing from thenon.

If there is anyone else out there that can do a non profit on a wholesale basis I have some good people you need to talk with soon.

The problem has always been finding a lender who will put up with the paperwork. It is a bit overwhelming at first but once the non profit has been approved it is pretty smooth sailing after that.
