A few months ago I went to a listing presentation that the husband sabotaged the listing.
I was met at the door by him and two dogs. One dog would not shut up and the other kept its nose in my crotch the whole visit. The home was filthy, particularly the bathrooms. It had been over priced and his wife was not present while I was there. Needless to say I did not stay long and he insisted on listing at 100k over priced. It has been on the market two years and is on the third agent.
