For Sale By Owners???

By
Real Estate Agent with Chase International 01366299

I really feel I have a knack to work with the For Sale By Owners!  Why?  I would probably be one if I wasn't an agent.   However, I have never worked with them.  Any experts out there in AR?  I would enjoy hearing stories good and bad.  Also, what is the best and most efficient way to access these sellers?  I have done the drive by's for addresses, and I know there must be a quicker way?  How do they advertise?  How do the buyers know how to find a FSBO?  I am ready and willing to help!

Any hints fellow ARainers????

Cheers!

Kimberly,

Check your local Craigslist. You'll find plenty of local homes for sale and some good marketing. I am a fan of the phone first. "Hi I saw your home for sale on craigslist" Pause and wait, the seller will talk about the home for a few minutes. "Hey that sounds great! The reason I'm calling is that I am a real estate agent...Blah, Blah, Blah" Get's your foot in the door all the time. Don't be afraid to call.

Why Settle For Less When You Can Have Moore

David:

Thank you for the tips.  I did go to Craigslist.  There is a lot to go through in our area.  I know there is a great web site too for FSBO.  Let's see where I can take it!

Cheers,

Kim
