The number of houses sold in 2010 (2) as compared to 2011 (4) had higher list and sold prices. The two houses sold in 2010 were both located at the Greenbrier's Sporting Club were houses are more expensive.
The Days on the Market (Dom) were less in 2011 than in 2010 as the price range depicts homes sold at the Greenbrier's Sporting Club (homes in the millions) compared to homes around the town of White Sulphur Springs (homes in the hundred thousand and below range).

With the construction of the Greenbrier Medical Institute, I think the land in White Sulphur Springs, as well as houses, will start to go upward. With interest rates still low, now is the time to start thinking of buying property, and/or making those necessary home repairs to market your house.
