Nolan Formalarie came to the coast of North Carolina for the sunny weather, a change in lifestyle and the tranquility of white sandy beaches.  After achieving a marketing degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Nolan worked as a Marketing Consultant for Black & Decker/DeWalt.  A two month stay in Charlotte, NC prompted Nolan to visit the NC Coast and St. James Plantation, which he soon made home.

Nolan has lived and owned in St. James Plantation for five years.  The transition from New England living to coastal dwelling was a wonderful lifestyle change with a myriad of enjoyable year round activities to choose from.  Like so many other residents of St. James, Nolan enjoys the outdoors, more specifically, kayaking, walking and the beach. He is here to offer you the best experience for all of your North Carolina Real Estate needs.
