There was one home in August, 2010 that sold in the $500's that raised the average sales price.  Homes in the $200,000-300,000 range in July, 2011 had an average days of market of 675 which raised the  days on market for the month.  Many people wonder if we have reached the bottom for sales prices.  From the stats, it would appear not.
