Chesterfield, MO road work improvements are being scheduled for the intersection of Long Road, Wild Horse Creek Road and Kehrs Mill Road.  Having been a complicated and troublesome intersection, the long awaited improvements are finally on the way.  When completed, Chesterfield residents will notice a significant improvement.  However, during the 2 year process, driving through the area will be difficult.  Road closures are planned for both Wild Horse Creek and Kehrs Mill Road which will really snarl traffic.  Already, the short 70 day closure of Baxter Road at Edison has caused long backups on both Wild Horse Creek and Long Roads, especially during rush hour in the evening.

Residents living along the Wild Horse Creek corridor will appreciate the improvement to this intersection once completed but must be prepared for some inconvenience during the process.  Residents should plan for alternate routes, if at all possible.  We drive through this complicated intersection nearly every day and are really looking forward to Summer 2013 when this whole project will be completed.  The process won't be fun though!
