Here is a look at San Luis Obispo, CA homes and history since last June 2010. As you can see, inventory of single family homes are down now compared to last year at this time. In fact, we are at last years lows around Christmas time. The sales of home in San Luis Obispo are up a tad from a year ago.

Really nice chart...It looks like steady improvement! Our area is all over the place, depends on the price point, specific location and type of housing.
