The Rampart Range Campus of Pikes Peak Community College is about 3.5 miles to the north of The Estates at Summerfield.

It is less than 2 miles to I-25. The North gate entrance to the Air Force Academy is two exits north.

 

The new Memorial Hospital is just over a mile away. There are many medical offices nearby.

 

The Pikes Peak Library system has been voted one of the 10 best in the country. The Briargate branch is just a half a mile away.
