Many of the strengths and opportunities of our local market are practically pertinent to a fairly healthy market. On the other hand, the weaknesses and threats you see with any market seem to be on the outside. In other words, there are geo-political realities which influence all markets, but these really haven’t dug deep into the daily operations of the Colorado Springs Real Estate market.
Foreclosures are down, inventory is also down about 23% from one year ago, sales activity is productive, and last but not least, financing options offer some outrageously low interest rates.
