September means going back to school, changes in the weather, and…the California Realtor Expo! It looks like the Expo has a good line-up of speakers this year—lots of experts talking about social media and technology, plus good stuff on marketing, closing short sales, etc. If you’re planning on attending the California Realtor Expo (which takes place September 20 through 22), be sure to stop by and say hello! Rockwell Institute will be at Booth #523.
If you visit Rockwell’s booth, you’ll get to meet two of our favorite people: Bopa Touch and Gina Pendano. Bopa is our school administrator. She is the expert on real estate CE requirements and other licensing regulations. She can sign you up for any CE course you need, plus answer all your licensing questions. Gina is our curriculum director, and is a real estate education expert. She helps brokers set up their own real estate schools. (Believe me, it’s easier than you think!) Having your own real estate school gives you the opportunity to recruit top new agents, create a new revenue stream, and enhance your reputation for professionalism.
